Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Furniture Installer to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. As an Office Furniture Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery and installation of office furniture solutions to our diverse clientele.


Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance.

Wearing the company uniform during all project related duties unless specifically directed otherwise by a supervisor.

Assisting with warehousing inventory, shipping and receiving

Safely transport and handle office furniture, including desks, chairs, cubicles, and filing cabinets.

Assemble and install furniture according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements.

Inspect and maintain tools and equipment used for installations.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation schedules.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Uphold safety standards and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.



High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in office furniture installation is preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record and reliable transportation.

Knowledge of how to install monitors for plug and play use (HDMI, USB-C)

Tech-savvy (e.g. clock-in apps, slack, google suite, forms, zoom & google hangout), how to upload photos from your phone into a form or checklist

Must have the ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 75 lbs.

Finger & wrist dexterity & hand/eye coordination.

Ability to work from heights such as man lifts, scissor lifts & rooftops utilizing proper fall protection. 

Ability including but not limited to climbing stairs, ladders, and/or scaffolds.

Ability to use small hand tools.

Ability to use power tools.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 75 lbs.


Working Conditions May Include:

Perform job in reference to indoor & outdoor environments under various environmental conditions.

The ability to accept periodic assignments that involve travel away from the immediate corporate office area, based on project scope, client needs, and business needs.

Exposure to noisy or dusty conditions; chemicals & solvents; mechanical, electrical, and/or other hazards.  General hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, but ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours may be required.
