In order to deliver consistent performance and quality, we only use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and supplies. In our local facilities, we store over 1.2 million in parts, consumables, toners, and inventory. Additionally, We offer spare printers, emergency loaners, and MFDs from our local warehouse.

All of Our Technicians Are Factory Trained

We meet and exceed all Department of Home Land Security, HIPAA, and Department of Defense Guidelines. ALL technicians are Sharp® factory trained professionals and have received Darkness and Lightness training.

Our First Call Effectiveness Pledge

You will always get a live representative when you call The Office People during our regular business hours. Customer calls will always be answered by our knowledgeable and consistent customer service team. In our local facilities, we store over 1.2 million in parts, consumables, toners, and inventory. We Use Remote Diagnostic Technology

The Office People uses diagnostic and assessment software to collect digital data on all networked print devices to give customers a better understanding of their entire print infrastructure. Allowing customers to realize their print volume, usage, and costs over time.
