Experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager Joins The Office People™

The Office People™ welcomes experienced Warehouse, Inventory Control, & Logistics Manager, Thomas Ancell to the team. Ancell has over eighteen (18) years of experience in the industry.

Ancell spent nine (9) years as the Materials Supervisor for Cummins Engine Company where he ran two off-site warehouses. After Cummins, he worked for Jones Apparel Group where he spent five (5 ) years as a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor and moved over $235 million in product annually. After Jones Apparel, Thomas went to work for Knight’s Apparel as their Warehouse Manager. Knight’s Apparel was the second largest licensed collegiate apparel company and Thomas was responsible for a 600,000 square foot operation. He handled inbound, outbound, QA, Inventory Control, and Customer Service. Thomas then went to work for Land ‘N Sea as their Director of Distribution. At Land ‘N Sea he ran the day to operations of a 180,000 square foot facility where they shipped apparel to Walmart. From there he went to work for Kuehne And Nagal as an Operations Manager.

Ancell joins an expanding team of logistics professionals that are each committed to offering exceptional products, services, and support.

When not working at The Office People™, he enjoys hanging out with his children. Thomas also loves to cook, travel, listen to live music, spend time with friends, and getting out on the water."
